• End-to-End Enrollment: Manage health plan enrollment intake, submission, and confirmation.
• Carrier Liaison: Master carrier portals and requirements to process orders.
• Eligibility & Compliance: Review data against eligibility standards to mitigate errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Advisors and teams to deliver benefits on schedule.
• Resolution Management: Primary contact for carrier follow-ups; resolve gaps quickly.
• Process Optimization: Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: 6 months to 2 years in healthcare, health insurance, finance, or startups.
• Technical Fluency: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce; AI tools.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Metrics-based success with data accuracy and KPIs.
• Administrative Precision: High-volume data entry and tasks under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-team communication with external partners.
• Adaptability: Problem-solver; comfortable with ambiguity in dynamic operations.
• Self-Directed Execution: Self-motivated; able to work autonomously or with a team.
