π― Requirements
- Significant post-qualification experience in employment law (β15+ PQE).
- Strong knowledge of employment law; incentives and pensions preferred.
- Experience in banking/fintech EIP matters is a plus.
- Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and problem solver.
- Comfortable at executive level and able to brief external counsel cost-effectively.
- Leadership skills; able to mentor lawyers and work across functions.
