🎯 Requirements
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- 3+ years in a leadership/controller role after certification.
- Strong knowledge of financial control frameworks; proficient in MS Office & Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; autonomous in fast-paced environments.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in a high-growth tech startup.
- Familiar with the MENA fintech ecosystem (bonus).
- Proven ERP implementation/optimization experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
