Group Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare consolidated group management accounts and board packs
• Ensure revenue recognition in line with SaaS standards
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and year-end across jurisdictions
• Maintain robust financial controls, policies and compliance procedures
• Manage cash flow reporting and working capital oversight

🎯 Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments
• Strong technical accounting and group consolidation experience
• Proven experience managing audits and multi-entity structures
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and subscription models
