Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date
Meet with assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor at least once a month
Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
Review curriculum before group start time
Arrive 10 minutes early and facilitate the hour-long group
Follow best practices and use the latest Charlie Health curriculum

🎯 Requirements

Available late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
Experience with youth and young adults
Proficient in DBT and CBT; MI certification a plus
Strong group treatment skills and teamwork
Telehealth capable with reliable wifi; familiar with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox and EMR
