🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years Paid Search experience
• Direct management of $1MM+ monthly ad spend
• Experience optimizing to LLMs across paid & organic
• YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen, Value-Based Bidding experience
• 5+ years of management with 3+ direct reports
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
