  • Portfolio with big-idea work linking strategy to culture; include AI-led pieces.
  • Direct experience with freelancers/agencies; set AI workflow expectations.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to scale quality and apply human judgment.
