Group Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) on time
• Coordinate annual financial statements (management accounts, IFRS consolidation, intercompany)
• Manage monthly close reinternalization for US acquisition with external accounting firm
• Manage all group accounting ops: billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, revenue recognition, group consolidation
• Lead auditors coordination; oversee cash collection; drive ERP implementation
• Support budgeting and forecasting (annual budget and short-term cash flow)

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience
• Structured technical grounding in accounting and controls through audit, transaction services or equivalent
• Similar role in a multi-entity group, LBO, or SaaS environment
• Fluent in French & English
• Strong interest in automation and modern finance tooling with AI
• Prior ERP implementation (Netsuite, Sage100, etc.) is a plus
• Autonomous, able to work strategically and hands-on in a high-growth environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams
