Clean and sanitize facilities: clubhouse, restrooms, laundry, maintenance garage.
Inspect areas and report issues; assist with minor repairs.
Follow safety regulations and operate vehicles and machinery safely.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Broad maintenance knowledge; proficient with power tools & machinery.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, and legible reports.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
