• Maintain clean, welcoming apartment communities.
• Perform groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
• Operate tools such as power washers and backpack blowers.
• Assist with light painting, housekeeping, and maintenance as needed.
• Support maintenance and leasing teams.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
