Clean and sanitize facilities including clubhouse, restrooms, laundry, and maintenance garage.
Inspect amenities and report issues; follow safety regulations.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Broad maintenance knowledge; proficient with power tools and machinery.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (email) and ability to write legible reports.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Outdoor work in all weather; ability to lift 50 pounds; on-call rotation; background check.
