🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in ground support equipment or complex systems engineering
- Strong understanding of GSE in aviation
- Experience with industry-standard tools and methods
- Systematic problem-solving; communicate complex technical rationale to stakeholders
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and lead initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience writing technical reports
