- Experience as Grocery Associate in grocery stores/retail.
- Experience leading a team in a similar industry.
- Proactive, service-minded, fast learner who multitasks.
- Able to work 40+ hrs/week across day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Fluent in Georgian; English proficiency preferred.
