Experience leading a team, ideally as a shift lead in grocery/retail.
Proactive, service-minded, fast learner with multitasking ability.
Flexible shifts mornings/evenings; transport required; weekends/holidays.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Willingness to work across all hours including weekends.
