Enforce policies with excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors.
Perform high-visibility, physically demanding duties in a fast-paced public environment.
Maintain clear logs at front desk for people and property including packages.
Manage access control for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
Monitor CCTV and patrol to prevent theft and ensure safety.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording data for management.

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work all shifts.
7-8 years of security, customer service, or public-facing experience preferred
High School diploma or GED
Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
