The Opportunity

As a Nearshore Automation Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions for our clients. This role combines hands-on RPA development with production support responsibilities, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of automation processes. You will work closely with technical consultants and business stakeholders to design efficient solutions, resolve issues, and contribute to reusable frameworks and assets. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical and consulting skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

 

Accountabilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath and related technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including incident resolution, change management, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze and document business processes, translating them into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
  • Ensure adherence to design and coding standards and contribute to reusable component libraries and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and clients to align technical implementation with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions, showcasing solution capabilities.
  • Experiment with agentic automation and prompt engineering concepts for emerging use cases.
  • Support environment setup and deployment activities across development and production.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and operational support materials.

  • Accurate technical documentation, test scenarios, and support logs.
  • Timely resolution of incidents and proactive enhancement of automation performance.
  • Contributions to knowledge sharing, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in RPA or intelligent automation, with at least 2 years in UiPath development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Experience supporting production environments and handling automation incidents.
  • Proficiency in documenting and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with AI, NLP, OCR, or ML integrations is an asset.
  • Programming experience (e.g., Python, .NET, VB, JavaScript) preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and client communication skills.
