Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customer implementations and launches
• Ensure customers track timelines and achieve time to first value
• Drive value through implementation; help customers navigate roadblocks
• Own implementation tasks: system design, training, configuration, rollout strategies
• Advocate for client needs to internal teams (support, product, eng, sales)
• Partner with internal teams for data migration, integrations, and reporting
• Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
• Ability to break down terminology for various audiences
• Experience communicating with leadership-level stakeholders
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting, a plus
• Unique talents and transferable skills are valued
