Greenhouse is 

looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our People Team and provide day-to-day support within our HRIS platform. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, this role will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing the employee experience through accurate data, seamless processes, and responsive support. You’ll be hands-on with system transactions, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with stakeholders across People Ops, Total Rewards, IT, and our employee population.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for system-driven efficiency.

What you’ll do
  • Support daily operations in our HRIS platform (Workday), including transactions related to HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and time-off.
  • Serve as the first line of support for system-related inquiries and issues from HR, employees, and managers; escalate as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing audits, validations, and mass updates using EIBs or other tools.
  • Assist in configuring business processes, security roles, and conditional rules under the direction of the HRIS Manager.
  • Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support HR and business leaders.
  • Participate in testing for new releases, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
  • Document HRIS processes and provide training to users as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Total Rewards, Talent, Finance) to streamline and optimize workflows.
  • Stay current on updates, system capabilities, and HR technology trends.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
You should have
  • Hands on experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition).
  • Experience with modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Reporting (Advanced or Custom Reporting a plus).
  • Comfortable with system configuration, data uploads (EIBs), and troubleshooting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The national pay range for this role is $70,000 - $105,000 Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
