GRC Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate evidence; manage timelines; assist auditors for SOX ITGCs.
• Improve and maintain security policies, controls, and standards.
• Build and use AI agents to automate GRC processes.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for compliance reporting.
• Implement continuous control monitoring with automation tooling.
• Identify gaps in security controls and work with teams to fix.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/IT/MIS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Strong GRC knowledge and its impact on security and privacy.
• Familiarity with compliance automation tools such as Anecdotes, Vanta.
• Familiarity with cloud tech (AWS, Wiz) and risk/compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborative and cross-functional team player.
