GRC Program Manager, Product and Customer Trust

📋 Description

• Own and improve the customer trust operating model with partner teams.
• Support security questionnaires, customer calls, Trust Center updates, and high-priority deals.
• Partner with Product, Security, Legal, Privacy, and GTM to prepare trust materials.
• Build reusable customer-facing narratives, FAQs, evidence paths, and whitepapers.
• Ensure external security and compliance claims are backed by internal processes.
• Scale launch reviews to avoid bottlenecks and enable product launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product assurance, launch review, customer trust, or security compliance experience.
• Ability to support GTM with accurate, approved customer-facing security narratives.
• Judgment to distinguish direct answers vs reviews required.
• Experience building scalable operating models, metrics, and automation.
• Excellent written communication translating security concepts for customers and auditors.
• Technical fluency in SaaS, cloud, security controls, and enterprise assurance workflows.
