Support Marketing manager in creating materials per brief, timeline and budget
Develop creative concepts, graphic assets, simple animation and brand visuals
Retouch and manipulate images as needed
Translate requirements from other functions to creative deliverables
Assist Marketing in managing creative development with external agencies for shoots, animation content, and ads

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 2+ years in multimedia/graphic design
Experience in startup or production house is a plus
Proficiency in MAC and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Motion graphics skills a plus
Portfolio must be submitted with resume
Strong sense of local Germany insights
