🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of print design and art direction in an agency setting
Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Detail-oriented, efficient, organized with strong time management
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced env; work independently or with a team
Willing to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
Adapt under pressure and pivot priorities for last-minute deadlines
