Respond to briefs with smart, creative solutions; manage quick-turnaround projects.
Create/adapt assets: ecommerce content, digital banners, print materials.
Use After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for video content.
Ensure assets follow brand guidelines and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
Adapt existing creative for the German market with strong Photoshop/Illustrator.

🎯 Requirements

Native German speaker with strong English (written and verbal)
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related
3+ years’ experience in a design-focused role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AE, PP
Nice to have: Photography and videography skills for beauty-focused social content
Collaboration with external agencies; detail-oriented
