📋 Description

• Lead design for major campaigns, launches, brand initiatives across digital, print, social, web, and events
• Set high visual quality bar and brand alignment across the design team
• Translate complex product narratives into clear visuals for public safety audiences
• Drive end-to-end creative direction from concept to delivery
• Mentor the team and elevate quality and velocity
• Stay ahead of the AI design landscape and guide the team to the right capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years graphic/brand design in tech/B2B/SaaS or agency
• Portfolio shows campaigns, brand systems, and thinking
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling)
• Experience evolving into dynamic AI tools and systems
• Strong communication; present and defend creative decisions
