- Oversee grant and subcontract cycle: solicitation to closeout.
- Ensure compliance with Winrock International and Mastercard Foundation policies.

- Collaborate with WEECAP tech leads, MEL, and HQ for donor compliance and impact.
- Manage cross-country activities and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in business admin, accounting, economics, public admin, or related field.
- 5+ years in grants/subcontracts mgmt; multi-country donor programs.
- Experience coordinating with MEL and technical teams and HQ.
- Fluent in French and English.
- MS Excel/Word/SharePoint and grants tools experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving; deadline-driven.
