We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join the Granicus Experience Group (GXG). This internship offers an exciting opportunity to support our team of experience strategists, communicators, data analysts, and Granicus technology experts in delivering exceptional customer experiences and digital communication solutions for our customers.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a meaningful impact on customer experience and digital communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating client ready activities and deliverables.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research and basic data analysis to inform strategy development.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing team documents
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to team projects.
  • Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to conduct research and perform basic data analysis.
  • Proficiency with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Additional Information

    Potential base pay. Does not include bonus OR commission and benefits.

    COMPENSATION RANGE: $15.00 p/h
