We are looking for a passionate Sr. Growth Specialist to join our Magic Sort team. As a Sr. Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all performancemarketingcampaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

Responsibilities;

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms

Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth

Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases

Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements;

2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

1+ year of experience in gaming industry

Experience in data analysis, forecast and campaign optimization

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
