- Execution rigor: ship features on aggressive timelines with solid PM and estimation.
- Talent leadership: hiring, onboarding, performance management; building an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
- Product instincts: collaborate with PM/Design and use data to set success metrics. Nice-to-haves: frontend performance, AI-powered UX, no-code/low-code docs.
