📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads via self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, live chat, using Slack and Salesforce.
  • Meet quota by booking and completing product demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Confident, clear communication with strong writing/presentation skills across channels.
  • Excellent task organization, prioritization, and ability to multi-task.
  • Nice to have: experience with CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or in person.
  • Patience helping users who aren’t tech-savvy.
