📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, and live chat; use Slack and Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to optimize the funnel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Confident, clear communication; strong writing and presentation.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization; able to multi-task.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with virtual and in-person customer meetings.
  • Patience with users who aren’t tech-savvy.
  • Nice to have: Experience with CRM tooling, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases.
