  • Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, and Slack/Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets by booking and completing product demos.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to drive sales outcomes.

  • Must Have: Confident, clear communication with strong writing and presentation
  • Must Have: Excellent task organization and ability to multitask
  • Nice to Have: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Nice to Have: Experience with live chat and knowledge bases
  • Nice to Have: Experience conducting customer meetings via Zoom/Teams
  • Nice to Have: Patience with non-tech-savvy users
