Oversee govt contract accounting for clients under FAR, DCAA and related regs.
Manage staff handling transaction entry, cleanup, and invoicing (FFP, T&M, CPFF).
Review financial statements and indirect cost rate calculations for govt contractors.
Advise clients on cost allowability, allocability, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and mentor junior accountants; manage client relationships.
Develop and monitor annual forward pricing budgets for contract compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
5+ years in government contracting.
FAR and CAS knowledge.
Expertise with Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS).
Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Unanet.
Proven leadership and client-management skills.
