📋 Description

  • Partner with the Senior Director to execute state government affairs strategy.
  • Serve as primary contact for state lobbyists with clear goals.
  • Coordinate meetings with governors’ offices, policy staff.
  • Track engagements, action items, follow-ups, and timelines.
  • Align lobbyists/external partners with product priorities.
  • Support scheduling across internal teams for key meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in government affairs, public policy, legislative affairs, or related.
  • Direct experience with state government affairs preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable with direct conversations to drive accountability.
  • Interest in child welfare, government innovation, mission-driven work.
