📋 Description

  • Manage trade association memberships, renewals, events, and representation internationally.
  • Track regulatory developments at federal, state/local, and international levels; provide summaries.
  • Coordinate lobbyist activities and deliverables; monitor advocacy progress.
  • Interface with legal and compliance to align government affairs with policy and risk management.
  • Support congressional, agency, and international engagements; prepare briefing materials and schedule meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather policy inputs and report policy risks to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or Intl Relations.
  • 3–5 years in government affairs, policy, advocacy, with international exposure.
  • Knowledge of domestic/international regulatory processes; build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication with internal teams, lobbyists, and external officials across cultures/time zones.
  • Preferred: experience in trade associations, lobbying coordination, or public policy certifications.
