🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
5–8 years in Corporate Governance with regulatory exposure.
Experience in Banking/Financial services in Saudi; SAMA/CMA familiarity.
Policy governance: lifecycle, ownership, reviews, approvals, publication.
Board/committee operations: agendas, minutes, action tracking.
Executive communication and stakeholder management.
