  • Proven ownership of revenue/retention with expansion upsell.
  • Strong commercial/analytical mindset; use GMV, order volume, conversion, adoption.
  • Confident in executive-level conversations; trusted growth advisor.
  • Bonus: Photography/creative services experience.
