As GotPhoto’s first Account Executive for DACH & UK, you’ll be at the heart of our growth story, turning leads into successful customers.
From the first conversation to their very first shoot, you’ll guide photographers through every step, making their experience seamless and delightful. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Customer Success to help our customers see value fast while driving GotPhoto’s expansion.

This is a combined role where you'll get to both hunt and close. We expect your time to be split across these key areas:
Nurture & Convert Our Database (The Main Focus): Proactively reach out to our existing lead pool (older leads, churned customers). You'll follow up on marketing-assisted campaigns, build relationships, and nurture leads over a 3-6 month cycle.
Close Warm Inbound Leads: Skillfully manage and convert the stream of inbound leads and booked demos that our BDR team sends your way.
Hunt for New Business: You'll research, attend events (expect travelling 4-5 times/year), and identify the remaining companies in our niche market, that we don't know yet, then run a cold outreach process to bring them in.
Onboard & Activate: You don't just "close and forget." You will personally run the initial account setup for your new customers, ensuring they are perfectly prepared before handing them off to Customer Success.
Be the Expert: Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated, track your metrics, and be the voice of the market for our Product and Marketing teams.
Resilient, Growth-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in a high-volume sales environment, stay composed through rejection, and view every call as a chance to learn and improve
Language Mastery: Excellent German skills (C2) and strong English skills (C1+) to build credibility with DACH and UK photographer clients
Proven Sales Track Record: 2–3 years in a results-driven BDR or Account Executive role
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Experience managing the complete sales process from first outreach to onboarding
SaaS or Creative Industry Background: Experience selling software or services to creative professionals or SMBs, ideally within the DACH or UK markets.
HubSpot Expertise: Comfortable with sequences, reporting, and workflow optimization.
This role can be done 100% remotely from within Germany; otherwise hybrid from Berlin
