Site Manager

📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
• Drives improvements to KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate.
• Trains and coaches associates to work safely and follow standard processes.
• Drives site financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with company and legal policies; analyzes reports.
• Implements and monitors safety, HR compliance, asset protection, and QA reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm–3am; weekends/holidays.
