📋 Description

• Plans, directs and oversees facility ops: deliveries, inventory, and systems.
• Improve KPIs like order picking time, dwell time, and cost per order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely following standard work and processes.
• Drive financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies and warehouse regulations.
• Create action plans to improve safety, culture and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced ops with blended W2/1099 teams.
• Retail/grocery/military/restaurant or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; conflict resolution.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Google Suite.
• Available 5pm-3am; weekends/holidays as needed; lift 49 lbs.
