Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations (deliveries, inventory)
Improve KPIs: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Defect Rate
Drive site financial performance to meet productivity, labor, and expense budgets
Ensure warehouse compliance by analyzing reports, policies and regulations
Oversee safety, asset protection, and QA reviews
Develop action plans and coach site leadership on cost control

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in fast-paced environment leading a workforce
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Conflict resolution skills
Team development and engagement
