🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in fast-paced environment leading a blended W2/1099 workforce
- Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Conflict resolution and team development skills
- Change agent with improving processes and efficiencies
