📋 Description

  • Lead daily performance of Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams.
  • Ensure order accuracy and fast delivery to customers.
  • Coach and motivate the team to improve the customer experience.
  • Escalate site issues to Site/Regional Leadership and Live Monitoring.
  • Oversee shift coverage, safety, and training of new associates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
  • 2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
  • 1+ years improving processes; ServeSafe certification preferred.
  • Available during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends.
  • Team-oriented mentality.
  • Able to stand, bend, reach, and walk; lift up to 49 pounds.
