Report to Regional Manager; collaborate with capacity planning and supply chain.
Develop talent and succession plans; track metrics to improve CX.
Ensure proper staffing levels and site readiness.
Lead a team focused on delivering a great customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in retail, supply chain, ops, or data-driven PM.
Leadership of multi-location teams required.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Willing to travel at least 90% of the time.
Degree in Business/Operations/SC/related field preferred; flexible hours.
