Desktop & IT operations: patching, imaging, hardware repair; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Endpoint Security: manage antivirus/EDR; enforce BitLocker/FileVault; rapid patching.
MDM/UEM: deploy and ensure device compliance across company devices.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in Systems Administration and MDM/UEM (Tanium/JAMF).
Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Flexibility to work across time zones.
Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels.
