- Integration: REST APIs, gRPC, Webhooks; OAuth/JWT security.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or cloud architecture; 3–5 years on Google CCAI.
- Domain knowledge: CCaaS/IVR experience.
- Certifications: Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer; Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
