We are seeking a Strategy Associate to support the Chief Strategy Officer and President on the company’s most critical business initiatives
.This is a high-exposure, high-impact role ideal for someone with a
strong analytical foundation from investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous environment, who is looking to transition into a strategy role at a high-growth, PE-backed company. You'll take ownership of key strategy workstreams, help solve complex business problems and directly influence decision-making a the most senior levels.
The Impact You Will Have Every Day: - Partner with the CSO and President on strategic initiatives across growth, operations, talent, and clinical performance
- Build financial models, strategic frameworks, and decision-support tools to guide business priorities
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform new business opportunities and investments
- Develop high-quality, board- and investor-facing materials and strategic memos
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, and Field Ops to drive execution
- Lead special projects that deliver measurable impact on performance and scalability
What We Look For: - 2+ years of experience ininvestment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured thinker with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
