Company Overview:Our organization is a dynamic and innovative real estate company, serving as both a developer and investor with a primary focus on logistics real estate. We are expanding our portfolio to include cutting-edge data centre development projects and are therefore seeking experienced data centre professionals.
Profile Description:Operating at programme level, the Controls and Monitoring SME will lead the development of standards and best practices for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across data centre developments. The role also focuses on reviewing controls and monitoring designs through RIBA Stage 3, ensuring compliance with programme-wide requirements, local standards, and hyperscaler specifications. Beyond RIBA Stage 3, the engineer will support project teams during tender evaluations, development, commissioning, and integration phases, driving robust, scalable, and secure controls infrastructure. In addition, the role champions knowledge sharing, equipping teams with expertise and fostering continuous improvement in controls engineering practices.
