We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚
The Opportunity:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership – Lead the development and execution of end-to-end GTM strategies and product launches, shaping positioning, messaging, and content to drive engagement and adoption across new and existing audiences.
Market & Competitor Insights – Turn market research and competitor analysis into actionable insights that uncover opportunities, refine customer personas, and guide business and product decisions.
Product Influence & Collaboration – Act as the voice of the customer, embedding market and customer insights into product development and ensuring strong alignment between marketing, product, and business teams.
Campaigns & Partnerships – Deliver impactful B2C marketing and partnership campaigns that amplify reach, drive uptake, and create joint value through strategic collaboration.
Performance Tracking & Enablement – Measure success through clear marketing KPIs and equip teams with high-quality enablement resources to support effective execution and continuous improvement.
What we need from you:
Demonstrable work experience in a Product Marketing role (this is a mid level role within our team)
Experience working with partners, launching new services to an owned audience that will be fulfilled by a 3rd party / experience with affiliate marketing
Experience in taking new products to market and running product launches
Strong copywriting skills with proven experience of crafting messaging that turns emotional and functional benefits of the product into compelling reasons to buy products
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
Experience in market analysis
