🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in product operations, PM, or related B2B SaaS role
- Proven success operationalizing strategies across GTM and Ops
- Strong adoption/channel enablement expertise; measure ROI post-launch
- Excellent communication and facilitation to align diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset; track KPIs and surface insights
- Fintech/lenders experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable as a first hire in a high-growth environment
