Compensation

Job Overview:

As the Senior Manager of Inside Sales, you will play a vital role in driving revenue for the company by leading a team of residential and commercial sales reps as well as teams responsible for strategic initiatives to drive revenue for the growing organization. You will be modeling, teaching and coaching a group of sales reps as well as a manager of that team to maximize on inbound leads as well as to follow up through outbound efforts. This role will partner closely with the field sales management team to serve cusomers and identify ways to help reduce cancels and churn while driving penetration throughout the GoNetspeed footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage a leader of the inbound sales team.

•Manage a team tasked with driving strategic initiatives for the organization that will both increase and preserve revenue.

•Implement strategies to increase overall customer engagement through call-scoring metrics and smart routing to the best qualified representatives that will exceed our customer expectations.

•Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Outside Plant, Marketing and our field Sales, to identify areas of improvement in our overall customer acquisition strategies.

•Keep accurate records of employee performance and coaching and counseling documentation.

•Meet or exceed market penetration targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.

•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for retention and customer satisfaction improvement.

•Any other strategic initiatives as needed to support the changes in the company.

Qualifications:

•Prior experience managing a team that is responsible for driving revenue.

•Previous experience in sales or customer service.

•Ability to lead a team through an ever-changing and fast moving environment.

•Excellent verbal and written communication.

•Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

•Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

•Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.

•Experience holding a team accountable for performance and coaching to improve individual performance.

•College degree preferred.
